Maintenance Specialist

You will be working as Maintenance Specialist, reporting to Maintenance Manager and will be part of Electrification Business Area for Distribution Solution Division based in Nashik. 

Your responsibilities

• Oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, Production line, Utilities. Collaborates with engineering team to define maintenance plan for new production facilities /lines and related Utilities and consults on way to improves machines uptime, availability, maintainability and work safety.
• Manage the technical documentations of equipment's ,QMS & HSEMS.
• Solve major technical ,equipment's or utilities problems in order to achieve higher performance of production lines. Adherence of good maintenance practices Compliances.
• Propose improvement projects to enhance the OEE & Uptime of equipment's & production facility, PM,TBM,CBM.
• Respond to emergencies ,breakdown, malfunctions ,trouble shooting to minimize the equipment's downtime.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechatronics or Industrial Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in similar role.
• Experience and knowledge in troubleshooting of CNC machines ,robotics welding process ,Leak detection system, vacuum pumps, Hydraulic power packs, Pneumatic valves & tools, DC tools, electrical distribution (PCC/MCC),automatic conveyor, servo system etc. 
• Experience in PLC Programming.
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to influence both internally and externally.
