Essential Responsibilities:
As part of the GE India Multi-modal renewable team, the Jr. Engineer is responsible for Raw material planning of Machine Head & Hub components.
Essential Responsibilities
- Ability to update the master data (item attributes & ASL) in Oracle.
- Should be able to coordinate with the suppliers and take shipment readiness dates.
- Hands on experience & Ability to analyze the Material planning tracker and LoB Review.
- Ability to understand the BOM and comparison between various Customer BoM.
- Ability to understand the lean principles & EHSRA.
- Ability to interact with cross functional teams.
- Highest Levels of Personal Integrity and Safety Mindset.
- Inventory control of RM in WH and MMF.
- Ensures to build right product with zero customer delinquency.
- Ensures for process improvements to achieve targeted matrix.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- First Class Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 2 to 3 Years of Experience in Engineering industry – with firsthand experience of BOM updation/MO release & System job closure.
- Strong background in wind turbine manufacturing field will be desired.
