1. Payroll & Time Office

  • Monitor Daily attendance and update leaves in attendance management system
  • Prepare payroll input sheet and verify salary register
  • Prepare Payroll related Reports

2. Employees Life Cycle

  • Conduct end to end employee life cycle activities including induction & joining formalities, confirmation process, promotion, transfer, changes in reporting relationship, separation & preparation of relieving letter.

3. Recruitment

  • Manage recruitment process such as written test & interviews
  • Search for candidates through job portals and recruitment consultants.
  • Handle walk in interviews
  • Prepare Offer letter and co-ordinate for medical test of selected candidate

4. Training Administration

  • Managing training as per Annual Training Calendar and update Training records.
  • Process payment for external trainers

5.Statutory Compliance

  • File Monthly statutory returns
  • Maintain various statutory registers & records as per required by law.
  • Manage Contract labor in coordination with external contractors

6.Personnel Administration

  • Procure & distribute welfare items
  • Maintain various Quality, Safety & Environment Management System
  • Generate various monthly MIS reports
