Position description: Process Measurement and calculations such as Heat & Mass Balance, Fan efficiency, false air measurement etc. according to the prescribed schedule.
  Provide suggestions for power and fuel reduction with calculations.
  Provide support in modifications for power saving and fuel saving.
  Thermography of Preheater and Cooler before shutdown for better Planning.
  To do the audit of Compressed air leakage and false air points in both the lines.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Production in Clinker Plant
