Trainee - Process Specialist

Role:Process and check various transactions under Pension product within defined productivity and quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

1. Identify and resolve issues associated with client data, trade breaks, reconciliation breaks. Prepare reports and maintain controls in alignment with internal policies and client’s needs.
2. Interface with internal and external personnel including senior operations staff, legal, IT, banks, brokers, custodians, portfolio managers, and/or traders to obtain information and resolve problems
3. Develop understanding of Principal Global Investors' products, team procedures, and clients' needs through self-initiated research, participation in available training programs and involvement in on-going investment activities
4. Perform other job related duties or special projects as required

 

Qualifications

Must Have:

ï¿B Com Graduate / Post-graduation preferably MBA with specialization in Finance 

ï¿Good written and verbal communication skills

ï¿Analytical skills

ï¿ Willingness to work in shifts

ï¿Multitasking and effective decision making
