What You Will Achieve
Your technical skills will help us keep our plants, utility systems, buildings and equipment up and running. Pfizer will rely on you for maintenance, redesign, repair of utilities in our plants. In your role, you will undertake the necessary preventive and corrective steps for setting priorities, forecasting and allocating resources for the maintenance tasks.

How You Will Achieve It
- Contribute to the completion of project milestones and organize own work to meet project task deadlines.
- Support Engineering team in planning and overseeing the preventative maintenance for filling equipment.
- Manage the status of work control and backlog for work order submission to work order completion.
- Support maintenance work management and the installation, commissioning, qualification of equipment.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements initiatives.
- Provide input to capital project design with respect to equipment selection and specifications that create project approaches which minimize life cycle costs.
- Follow up and communicates schedule to all resources, i.e. maintenance, production, outside services, stores and engineering.
- Responsible for pest control management in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (also cGMP) and Pfizer internal requirement.
- Manage all the utility document and drawings and ensure all of them are sorted and archived properly.
- Ensure that supporting Good Manufacturing Practices (also cGMP) relevant documentation is generated and maintained.
Qualifications
Role Summary
Shall be responsible for Installation, Operation and Maintenance of 33 KV line, 11 KV Line, LT Switch gears, HT Breaker, Transformer, Diesel Generators, Cooling towers & Lighting.
Key Areas- Operation and maintenance
- Support selection and procurement of electrical systems
- Responsible for efficient operation of electrical systems
- Ensure that all safety instructions and measures are strictly observed
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance program
- Attend to breakdowns, troubleshoot and rectify basic issues in shortest possible time
- Provide support / execute assigned Energy saving project
- Handling of new/expansion/improvement projects

Must-Have
- Graduate / Diploma Engineer in Graduate / Diploma Engineer in Electronics and Instrumentation engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 4 yrs of experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Should have Knowledge on Operation and Maintenance Operation and Maintenance of 33 KV line, 11 KV Line, LT Switch gears, HT Breaker, Transformer, Diesel Generators and Cooling towers
- Knowledge of computation, calculation and verification of power distributionand consumption patterns
- Knowledge of electrical drawings and specifications of electrical systems
- Conversant with validation procedures and schedule
- Knowledge on metrological standards, Standard instruments and calibration policies
- Documentation review skills
- Effective problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent Interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Effective coordination between departments
- Knowledge on Clean room requirements and Regulatory Guidelines
- Experience in reliability based maintenance practices
- Demonstrated ability to write and provide simple and accurate instructions
- Demonstrated computer and technical skills

Nice-to-Have
