Develops, proposes and / or implements education policies, methods, processes or programs, and advises managers and / or employees accordingly for (an) assigned organization(s).* Analyzes the business needs for qualified staff in different fields of competence, in cooperation with accountable business partners. * Designs and organizes a variety of recruitment and vocational activities (i.e. vocational trainings, workshops, and seminars). * Plans and completes individual curricula for the trainees. * Oversees the assignment of internal and external teachers and trainers; or may conduct own trainings. * Mentors and coaches target group. * Tracks training effectiveness by analyzing respective KPI figures. * Creates regular reports to inform both, business partners and accountable education management.
