Job Purpose
Maintain and enhance process equipment in biologics operating units at Syngene.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and improve equipment maintenance processes.
- Coordinate with engineering and operational teams.
- Enhance reliability of process equipment.
- Plan and undertake maintenance, calibration, and fault resolution.
- Use SAP for maintenance tasks and manage spares.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, EHSS, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare engineering drawings; work in 24/7 shifts.
- Preferred experience in a biologics plant.
Qualifications
Diploma/BTech in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
Technical/Functional Skills
- Experience with plant automation and process/utility/electrical equipment.
- Knowledge of analytics tools, AI/ML is a plus.
Experience
6–9 years in Mechanical/Electrical maintenance.
Behavioral Skills
- Strong communication and proactive attitude.
- Ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
