Responsibility:
• A product engineer is responsible for the design and creation of products
• Duties include performing constant market analysis of competing products to determine and establish customer needs and requirements
• Improve manufacturing operations processes and actively enhance efficiency, consistency, cost
avoidance and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and drive process improvement, cycle times reduction and lean activities
• Manage test infrastructure requirements and ensure factory capacity capability.
• Context Engineering Management, assessment of manufacturing personnel technical capability.
• Understand customer requirements map against product offering
• Prepare Bill of material and component parts to establish the smooth production
• Coordinate with Proposal and design team to establish the relevant product
• Take corrective actions on Engineering change notes
• To understand the manufacturing process and apply it for smooth execution of production.
• To understand the machining process and Job works regarding the product
• Need to coordinate with QC team for relevant Testing requirement
• Need to prepare & select the correct Model as per customer’s requirement.
• Define or review quality standards for the product.
• Oversee testing strategies and validate whether the product meets those standards.
• Serve as a bridge between product management, design, and engineering teams

Experience:- 2 to 3 years of experience in the Manufacturing field
