Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1.Run the vehicle in RWUP and different duty cycles to check the performance
2.Support the outdoor testing
3.Instrument the vehicle and test it
4.Check and test on different scenarios
5.Manage test vehicles & drivers
6.Analyze the vehicle running and complete the target on time
7.Check the failure modes and do the L1 analysis
8.Check on other functional parameters like range, drivability
9.Support product development team in trials
10.Check on possible failures and simulate
11.Develop infra required for validation

1. Understand product life cycles of Evs
2.Knowledge on Different types of Lithium ion Battery cells, Modules and pack.
3. Derive test cases related to Evs
4. Good knowledge on vehicle systems of Evs
5. Identify new failure modes in design
6. Connect DVPs to life cycle including End of life
7.Work with other test engineers and technicians to execute battery performance testing, Electrical Tests, mechanical Tests,Range , integrationTests as required in vehicle and provide accurate result reports.
8.Knowledge on Battery Automotive Standards ISO12405,UN38.3,AIS 038, AIS048, AIS152, UL,SAEJ2664,IEC 62660,GB/T etc.
9.Knowledge on various types of measurement equipment to test batteries and cells.
10.Root cause analysis, 8D preparation
11.Relies on data to justify technical decisions and ability to clearly explain technical issues and Strong Willingness to take ownership and drive results
