đź“Ś Required Skills & Qualifications:
- BS Engineering in one of the core disciplines - Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical from a recognized (AICTE) university
- Advanced Ultrasonic and Electromagnetic certifications in Phased Array, Time of Flight Diffraction, Eddy Current/Remote field
- Minimum of 3 ASNT or ISO Level III certifications
- Successful passing of Chevron Performance Demonstration (PDQ) Qualifications or equivalent ASNT – ISQ examination.
- Extensive knowledge of all applicable codes such as ASME, ISO, AWS, API, and DNV
- Experience performing advanced ultrasonic procedure qualifications (PAUT) to ASME and API codes
✨ Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years’ experience in Non-destructive testing, Asset Integrity and inspection area.
- Previous representation and participation in industry committees such as API, ASME, and ASNT
- Demonstrated working knowledge of corrosion damage mechanisms and how they affect fixed equipment.
- Experience inspecting sub-sea pipeline welds utilizing automated ultrasonics and qualifying to industry standards
- Hands-on expertise on critical issues leveraging all advanced inspection techniques including Ultrasonics, Electromagnetics, Radiography.
