Job Summary
As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will design and integrate MV/LV electrical systems—including motors, VFDs, and switchgear—across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Energy sectors. Your role covers engineering activities across EAD Middle East with effective international communication. 🌍🔧
Your New Role – Challenging & Future-Oriented 🚀
- ✅ Evaluate and complete complex customer specifications and proposals.
- ✅ Coordinate EPC contract scope and ensure project timelines, quality, and cost targets.
- ✅ Participate in engineering reviews and optimization of interfaces.
- ✅ Lead design activities for MV/LV systems (motors, VFDs, switchgear, etc.).
- ✅ Act as technical authority and support the sales/bid team.
- ✅ Align technical requirements with customers and suppliers.
- ✅ Coordinate with cross-functional teams (I&C, Mechanical, Civil) to ensure project success.
What We’re Looking For 👀
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Power Electrical Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
- 💼 Proven experience of 10+ years in electrical design, including MV/LV systems and VFDs, in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Energy sectors.
- 📚 Detailed knowledge of MV/LV motors, switchgear, and related equipment.
- 🖥 Practical experience with design software (Eplan, AutoCAD, ETAP) is an advantage.
- 🤝 Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel internationally.
- 🔍 Adaptable, analytical, and a team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
