📦 **Preventive Maintenance**: Execute a 52-week Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule and ensure timely vendor coordination for AMC activities.
⚡ **Energy & Utilities**: Implement measures for reducing power consumption. Contribute to monthly consumption reports with energy savings analysis.
🔑 **Skills Required**: - Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. - 3+ years of experience in facility management. - Knowledge of BMS, HVAC, electrical systems, energy management, and regulatory compliance.
