📝 Job Description
Represent the quality function by providing technical support for manufacturing on global customer accounts. Serve as a liaison between Jabil and suppliers/customers on quality issues. 🔧📊
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop & maintain QA plans and ensure timely new product introductions using APQP and Process Optimization. 📈✅
- Support quoting activities through initial process design, development, & implementation. 📝💼
- Evaluate inspection processes via aids & guidelines. 🔍
- Develop & implement global training programs for customer-specific requirements. 🎓🤝
- Establish systems for document storage & review of global customer accounts. 📂
- Review and coordinate corrective/preventative actions for discrepancies. ⚠️
- Participate in vendor surveys & drive supplier process improvements. 📊🤝
- Interface with all departments on policies, procedures, and process improvement. 🔄
- Provide technical support on quality issues and adhere to all safety, health, and security policies. 🔒

🎓 Qualifications
