Job Overview
As a Project Quality Engineer, you will oversee and manage quality assurance activities for system & solution-based projects in software development. You’ll coordinate testing, perform audits, and work closely with project teams to ensure projects meet technical requirements and regulations. 💡🔧
Your Main Responsibilities
- ✅ Develop and implement quality plans for projects.
- ✅ Define quality metrics, KPIs, and testing frameworks.
- ✅ Oversee functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- ✅ Identify and mitigate quality risks through effective risk management.
- ✅ Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and developers.
- ✅ Ensure compliance with standards like ISO, CMMI, etc.
- ✅ Conduct internal and customer audits, and prepare detailed reports.
- ✅ Provide training on QMS procedures and best practices.

For This Role, You Will Need
- 🎓 A degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical preferred)
- 💼 5+ years of experience in quality control, software testing, or project management
- 🛠 Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, CMMI 5, etc.)
- 📊 Proven audit experience (internal & customer)
- 📋 Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum methodologies
- 💻 (Optional) Knowledge of C/C++ and Fortran programming languages is a plus
