🔧 Roles & Responsibilities

  • Robust Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) to safety, quality, and process issues ⚙️🔍
  • Perform technical analysis of assembly manufacturing processes to support management decisions 📊💡
  • Design/direct the acquisition, fabrication, and repair of necessary tooling and machines 🛠️🔧
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day process issues, develop solutions, and monitor improvements 🚀🩺
  • Develop stop capabilities by implementing better detection in the assembly process ⏹️📈
  • Procure material related to manufacturing improvements through external suppliers 📦🤝
  • Perform quality checks on machines and assembly equipment ✅🔍
  • Analyze and deploy engineering change notices, SWS creation, Control plan, PFMEA, SFMEA, and process documentation 📑🖊️
  • Establish and maintain bill of materials and work orders 📋🛠️
  • Respond to customer issues and lead continuous process improvements 📞💬
  • Proactively improve assembly processes for quality, velocity, and line balancing 🚀⏱️
  • Focus on bringing new technology into the assembly process for better control and reliability 💡🔩
  • Ensure facility and system readiness for New Product Introduction (NPI) 🏭✅

📚 Required Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, or equivalent with at least 10+ years of experience in assembly processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. 🎓💼
