🎯 Job Responsibilities
- 🔬 Lead **Human Factors & Industrial Design (HFID)** projects.
- 📊 Develop customer insights through **ethnography, Biodesign, and contextual innovation**.
- 🎨 Design and prototype **medical devices**, ensuring compliance with **IEC 62366 & HE 75**.
- ⚙️ Work closely with **marketing, clinical, regulatory, and R&D teams**.
- 🛠️ Utilize **CAD modeling (SolidWorks, Rhino), prototyping, and material knowledge**.
- 📈 Ensure compliance with **ISO, FDA, and BSC SOPs**.
📝 Qualifications & Skills
- 🎓 **Bachelor’s in Engineering + Master’s in Design** (IIT/NID preferred).
- 📅 **5+ years** experience in medical device **design & development**.
- 📐 Strong expertise in **Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)**.
- 💻 Proficiency in **3D CAD (SolidWorks, Rhino), Adobe Suite**.
- ⚡ Experience in **DFM, prototyping, and process quality control**.
