Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of M&E scope operations.
- Ensure quality, timeliness, and financial goals of the technical services team.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs and energy conservation practices.
- Monitor and report on the health of MEP installations.
- Implement safety procedures, including fire safety and emergency contact updates.
- Manage incident reports, ad-hoc setups, and waste disposal procedures.
- Assist in maintaining operational manuals, drawings, and business continuity plans.

Internal: Corporate Property Services Team, Sr Technical Manager, and Site Technicians.
External: Client Morgan Stanley contacts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in MEP management within a facility management context.
- Ability to handle complex tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and ability to network effectively.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and energy conservation best practices.
