Supporting Global PLM users on their PLM related Queries, Issues & requests.
Coordination with Global PLM Key users periodically.
Understand the business needs of PLM user & raising evolution to Business Group
Communicate the PLM functional issues with PG Manager
Ability to report test results with a clear description of the performed actions
Perform the functional tests based on users & Business group requirements in Enovia PLM
Validating the new Enovia PLM version during Migration before Go live.
Manage Issue escalations – Between Sites, Management & PLM SC
Preparation of training documents / Leaflet / Movie files to share with end users.
Provide training to Users in specific functions of PLM based on requests.
