Aerodynamic & Mechanical > Nacelle Module > Nacelle Quality
Nacelle Quality is part of the Nacelle module, which is responsible for all development of the Base frame, Yaw system,Cover,Cooling and conditioning ,Structure and internal, Transport, Construction and maintenance. The Quality department is working across the Nacelle module to secure high quality in both development and processes.
The Sub Module Quality will have to work with and define quality initiatives across the entire Module Organization. The NAC Module is international with departments in Denmark, Portugal, China and India
Responsibilities
Gather and understand project requirement / scope
Make a Improvement project plan CIM cases along with Product owner and scrum master
Implement CAD & FEA and Provide Improvement solution to the Customer
Understand the risk and prepare mitigation plan and adapt to field learning
Coordinate with cross functional teams and implement the project with Vestas's process
Supervise and align project issues with stakeholders
Deliver the technical solution within quality, time and cost targets of the project
Provide feedback and task design solutions to interfacing systems in order to optimize product design
Qualifications
Bachelor / Master's degree in Mechanical / Design Engineering
Experience with Creo & ANSYS Structural calculations
Technical leadership & Project management skills (technical project management)
Experience with Creo and PDM Link and Jira
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum)
Model new and change existing CAD models

Including development or introduction of new tools and processes into our workflow
Have a solid understanding of mechanical systems
Efficiently communicate with the Engineers
