Job Purpose

As a process associate with DHL Global Forwarding, Freight Shared Service (Global Service Center) you will be responsible to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks / targets assigned.

IN THIS JOB YOU WILL:

·       Ensure jobs are executed as per standard operating procedures

·       Ensure delivery of services according to the shifts aligned with countries or regions

·       Ensure turnaround time is met for each job

·        Ensure accuracy is maintained

·       Flag any challenges in the operations to the immediate supervisor in a timely manner

·       Coordinate with stakeholders for improvements in the process

YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Graduate (any)

·       0-3 years job experience from BPO/logistic domain

·       Proficient with MS office

·       Good communication skills, written and verbal

·       Exposure to ERPs preferred
