Job Description:
Job Criteria:
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E – Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Experience: 4 to 8 Years relevant Maintenance / Operations experience
- Industry: Chlor-Alkali / VAPs / manufacturing - mandatory work experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure smooth operation of the plant by maintain all control parameters
- Implement all maintenance activities in the plant.
- Execution jobs as per the daily planning report
- Preparing reports like power generation report, auxiliary power comparison report as per schedule
- Planning and distributing jobs to technicians
- Supervising jobs to ensure completion within time frame, Emergency handling.
- Taking all safety measures to avoid risk of incident, health hazard and damage to machineries by way of DuPont safety and also actively participating in all PSM activities.
- Electrical operation of caustic plant, Harmonics filter & ESP.
- Idea of Logic, trends, event list & alarm list, Trouble shooting, Why Why analysis & problem solving tools
Qualifications:
Bachelor Of Technology,Bachelor Of Engineering
Minimum Experience Level:
4-8 Years
