Production shift leader

You will be working as Production shift leader, reporting to Engineering Manager for Electrification business area, Smart Buildings division based in Bangalore, India. You will be responsible for supporting the unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes.
Your responsibilities
- Conducting all types of assembly work to produce a semi-finished or final products/systems/panel, including the packing where integrated with production lines
- Including regular quality testing as part of a defined production process
- Reading and interpreting the technical diagrams / instructions for assembly of products / systems / panels
- Conducting shop floor operation in compliance with health & safety guidelines and reporting any non-compliance
- Operating within standard operating procedures and maintaining a clean work area
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 0-1 years of experience in related field
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence both internally and externally
