- SSA audit at new and existing vendors
- Coordinate with NPI, Sourcing to get samples as per Eaton requirement
- PPAP Approval for customized parts
- Supplier score card circulation on monthly basis
- Q2 Notification creation in case of Non-conformance from Supplier
- Process audit at supplier place on periodical basis and Monitoring of action effectiveness
- Driving improvement projects at supplier place like Kaizen, SPC and Six sigma
- Triggering for new tools based on Tool life register input.
- Calibration management for measuring instruments and equipment.
- Supporting for RMA process for incoming rejection by providing sufficient information.
Qualifications Required for EATON jobs
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – Mechanical
- Working experience of 8 years as Supplier Quality
- Special process knowledge – Injection molding, Tool maintenance, Sheet metal pressing, Machining,
- Plating, Soldering – Wave, SMT,
- Knowledge on PPAP,SPC,MSA,PFMEA
- MS Office literate (Word, PowerPoint, MS Access).
