Quality Specialist

This is a Quality Specialist role, reporting to Quality Manager in Motion division located in Faridabad. Develop and maintain quality systems to support internal and external quality standards. Lead internal teams in quality system implementation and serve as ongoing support for process and customer quality issues.
Your responsibilities at ABB Jobs
- Develops and implements quality systems (including quality plans and quality control plans). Provides consulting with internal stakeholders.
- Defines processes and procedures in accordance with standard requirements and ABB Group procedures, directives, and policies on quality.
- Performs periodic audits to check the compliance of activities with requirements, procedures and directives. Prepares non-conformity reports and investigates their resolution.
- Take lead in resolving customer complaints i.e Root cause analysis, Process changes and implementation of new systems. Periodic evaluation of effectiveness of quality systems.
- Collects and maintains data on key performance indicators: Cost of Poor Quality, On Time delivery and others.
Your background required for ABB Jobs
- BE/B tech in Mechanical engineering with 10years’ experience of Rotating Electric machines.
- Through knowledge in manufacturing processes of Electric machines.
- Experience in ISO9001, 14001 & 45001.
- Knowledge in IEC Ex / ATEX requirements.
- Knowledge Lean Six sigma.
- Knowledge in Kaizen, 5S an Standard Work.
- Experience in SAP QM module.
