Management Trainee (International Graduate Program - Project Management)

- You have completed your Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Mechatronics) with above-average results
- You have completed Master's Business Administration (Finance) 2021 or 2022 pass outs.
- You can demonstrate initial practical experience through relevant internships, preferably in the project management/ business administration environment.
- You have at least three months of international experience, enjoy working with International interfaces and are willing to travel nationally and internationally.

- You are fluent in English and ideally speak another foreign language.
- You demonstrate a holistic, entrepreneurial way of thinking as well as strong customer and process orientation.
- You possess strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- You bring a high level of initiative, flexibility and resilience.
