1.) Position we are hiring for : Engineer – Trainee Marketing ( Project Management ):
Desired job profile :
1.) A Marketing Engineer should be an enthusiastic in doing market analysis specifically in relation to different segments of Medha Product portfolio.
2.) Ability to understand the business requirements of the clients and should be proactive in approach to build the joint collaboration.
3.)Able to communicate with R&D team about external stakeholder requirements and responsible to meet the customer expectations on time.
4.)Ability to perform the Technical documents for Tender/Bidding process.
5.)Understand the In-House capabilities and responsible to execute the business strategies accordingly.
Prerequisites :
1.)An individual should have a strong determination and attitude to meet the project deadlines in TAT with good interpersonal skills is an add-on advantage.
2.)
Must be the good cultural fit with a positive learning thought process.
3.)Should be a dynamic personality with good leadership and team building skills.
4.)Strive towards Organization excellence with long Term orientation and an Incumbent be a Business Acumen.
5.)Proactively do the SWOT analysis and to understand , analyze about the pulse of Medha products in the market.
Qualification: BE/ B.TECH in ECE /EEE with more than 60% all through academics with excellent communication.
Eligibility criteria : 2020 and above passed outs are eligible to apply for this role
CTC : 2.82 L CTC /Annum + Bonus
