Recruitment & On Boarding
- Develop innovative areas to source people and ensure timely availability of various individuals
- Develop processes and procedures to ensure compliance and audit requirements
- Set up end to end tracking mechanisms for database, skill sets, cyclical hiring patterns etc.
- Ensure timely dashboards and MIS to support recruitment updates
- Ensure timely completion of personnel file management
- Support with hiring into the system
Helpdesk management
- Developing employee oriented helpdesk structure to ensure regular connect with Operators
- Develop databases to track areas of concerns and devise methods to resolve the same
- Connect with Managers/Supervisors regularly
- Maintaining records and its analysis
Inventory management – Shoes & Uniform
- Develop the complete system of inventory management for shoes & uniform
- Prepare the annual/weekly calendar for distribution
- Ensure timely replenishment cycles
- Develop regular inventory dashboards
Payroll support
- Support in Time and attendance management
- Develop options for automated workflows wherever possible
- Explore options to implement a automated system to reduce manual interventions and errors
Exit and Off-Boarding
- Develop processes and procedures to ensure compliance and audit requirements
- Set up end to end tracking mechanisms for database, skill sets, future hiring
- Ensure timely dashboards and MIS to support exit activities
- Ensure timely closure of personnel files and system updates
Other activities
- Develop process documents, workflows for Audit and Compliance activities of all workforce management topics
- Extend support in developing annual calendars, workflows and possible automation of engagement activities – eg suggestion award, loyalty award, Union Management meet etc.
