1. Assistant Manager Product Development - LED TV
Location : Sector 4, IMT Manesar Gurugram 
Salary : up to Rs. 40,000/- (no bar for good candidate)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Market research related to customer expectations & running technological trends and report to Management to decide organization strategy for Product Development.
2. Benchmarking of products available in market with our products to check the position of our products in market.
3. New Product development as per guidelines given by management, and preparation of all necessary documents related Product Development.
4. Preparation of BoM (Bill of Material), Work Instruction for Production and Inspection, Product User Manual, Warranty Card and Testing standard for QA for new product developed.
5. To keep timeline for Product Development as per Product Development schedule.
6. To develop new product packing material and set Packing Standard to avoid transit damage and reduce DOA (Dead on Arrival) cases.
7. To develop Part Testing or checking process and standard to check material at IQA.
8. Setting manufacturing process for new product and prepared Process Flow chart.
9. To conduct tact time and cycle time study periodically and calculate Line Capacity and Production Target with manpower required for each model.
10. To review existing process and analyse to improve the process to reduce manufacturing cost and enhance productivity.
11. Lead innovation and improvement activities to enhance organization competitiveness.
12. To analyse customer feedbacks and complaints and improve the product quality to reduce customer complaints.
13. To conduct Product Reliability and calculate Estimated Product Life to decide warranty period of product.
14. To generate Part Code for new material procured and prepare Shipment Part Code Matrix for all shipment or material received in factory.
15. To analyze Process and Material rejection during production and take necessary actions to improve process and material to reduce rejections.
