Job Description:-

Monitoring the maintenance activities of the moulds at subcontractor location and assist the subcontractor’s maintenance team for proper maintenance of the moulds.
Ensure that all the mould maintenance process are carried out as per SOP’s.
Conduct the trials of new moulds and establish the mould for moulding process at subcontractor’s end.
Review and analyse the breakdown of the moulds and take the corrective actions.
To oversee the preventive maintenance of the moulds.
To monitor the mould life and action for mould duplication in case of mould life is over.
Co-ordinate with mould manufacturer for any issues related to the moulds.
Assist manufacturing team in deciding the packaging of the product.
Provide technical details of the product/moulds to MIS team to create the data in SAP system.

Requirements:-

Qualification: – CIPET/ Bachelor’s degree in Polymer/Mechanical engineering or diploma in tool design.
Min experience of 3 to 4 years in similar field.
Thorough knowledge of plastic moulds maintenance.
Willing to station at subcontractors locations.
Willing to travel extensively
