Job Description:

• New Product Introduction with help of R&D team
• Out to IN/Localization and other LSS projects
• Building Technical Platforms for Automation and Productivity Improvement.
• Guardian to SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and other documentations
• Creating BOM (Bill of material) and review unit cost and other financial information.
• Production wheel, cycle time study & reduction, manning pattern, PFMEA & other process improvement initiatives
• Technical and Analytical problem solving.
• Responsible for Financial analysis
• Support production on technical problem solving on critical lines.
• Participate in OEE(Overall Equipment Effectiveness)/Cost improvements projects on critical lines
• Expert in machining operations, packaging & labelling processes.
• Through put yield improvement, lean & six sigma knowledge
• Visual aids, process controls, Kanban, Pokayoke to improve & sustain product quality
• Customer first approach, VOC to VOP analysis & deployment.
• New product introduction & stage gate process knowledge & experience
• Conduct PSI, HAZOP and PHA studies for all the new products
• Conduct, collaborate and lead Process Qualifications, Change Control, IQs and OQs activities

Basic Qualification

• 6-9 Years of experience
• B. Tech /B.E ( Chemical/Mechanical )

• Knowledge of blending, mixing, filling, capping, labelling & packaging process

  Tapes slitting / conversion expert with world class manufacturing concepts

• Documentation SOP for production & Impart training to the concerned team members and other employees.
• For Customer complaints and feedbacks – perform Root cause analysis and implement CAPA
