• 
  Your mission will be to ensure efficiency by Preparing, Planning & Execution of yearly calendar for Preventive Maintenance of machines and ensure its compliance.
• To promote clear and collaborative interaction with all departments to provide quick resolution.
• You will also be responsible for maintenance annual Budgeting and to manage in an highly efficient way the maintenance of machines and assets of company.
• Pro in Handling Hight Tension and Low Tension electrical maintaince work.
• Take ownership of handling crane, forklift and Utility services such as DG, Air Handling Unit, CCTV, Air Pressure lines, Electrical Cabling, Fire Pump Room etc.

• Take lead and implement plan for critical spare management,Breakdown analysis and Corrective and Preventive actions as required.
• Implement and sustain a pro active machinery management including Predictive maintenance.

• You should have good knowledge of machine/device/system’s performance indicators like MTTR and MTBF.
• Lead all the Plant Maintenance, Contracts and critical equipment uptime to achieve the highest customer satisfaction, product quality and profitability.
• Conducting electrical safety audits within the department and ensuring the compliance from all the employees and updating the checklist and audit report.
• Implement energy conservation programme and Maintain ISO and energy Management system documents.
• Review and monitoe the objective, target and programs.
• Monitoring safety at work place, finding of unsafe conditions and take necessary actions.
• Preparation of work safety documents, like Risk assessments, SOP’s, work permits, LOTO procedure.
• You will focus on continous learning of you as well as your team by providing them technical inputs and promote skill development.
• Lead the Maintenance related projects contributing to continous improvement.
• To support company’s 4.0 journey, you must actively participate in IoT implementation and plan and execute maintenance digitalization projects.
• Safeguard integrity and transparency of the legal structure by making sure that FAM and Business Code of Practice is understood and applied where relevant

Experience requirements

8 to 10 Years’ experience.

Educational requirements

• BE Electrical with Valid Licence of Supervisory Categoery from Sate Electricity Board will be advantage.
• Good Knowlde of ISO14001, OSHAS18001 & Energy Management System

• Shall have good Communication skills
• Shall be patient and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• the ability to work well under pressure.
• Should be proficient in Marathi, Hindi and English languages
