Job Objective

To work efficiently and effectively as well as grow with organization in pharma sectors as per their requirements.
Focus should be on delivery and timelines, with highest quality standards supported by technology.
Driving Production Activity by providing technical support & Monitoring Operation. Co-ordinating with other department in order to achieve targets, with OTDIF & FTR.

Primary Responsibilities

Strategic and planning:
Support the Operation Head in planning & scheduling monthly dispatches in order to meet production target as per Quality norms.

• Monitor production plan Vs actual.
• Align production plan with operation and sales strategy.
• Production capacity planning and review.
• Proper Material and Software planning.
• Monitoring and optimizing TAT for Production.

Functional
Core

• Monthly Production scheduling for day to day activity.
• Ensuring Monthly Production targets are achieved.
• Reducing production time by improving processes.
• Ensuring Quality of Product produced.
• Understanding customer order Scope of supply.
• Collect Technical and requirement data for every individual order from various department.
• Conducting Re-SOS in Operations department.
• Testing of machines as per Assembly and QA test cases.
• Making customized test cases for special / customized orders.

• Data maintenance of all manufacturing products (Systrack portal).
• Co-ordinating with Documentation team for FAT protocol and validation documents.
• Conducting Iinternal FAT and Customer FAT
• 5’S activity in ACGI operation server and assembly area.
• Making text and Video SOP of all out going products for future Reference

Internal process

• Ensure Customer FAT is done on committed date as per monthly plan.
• Monitoring Day to Day activity of Plan verse Actual.
• Co-coordinate with concern department for smooth flow of work.

(Sales, PMO, Purchase, Final QA, Dispatch, Service)

• Attending CAPA, Design review & daily production review meeting.
• Working with purchasing staff to establish hardware improvement etc.
• Verification of process folder for every dispatch system.
• Verification of assembly photos and videos for testing proof of every dispatch system.
• Generation of COC (Certificate of clearance) for every dispatch system. For ensuring the quality of system.

People development

• Rewarding good performers on timely basis.
• Support in nurturing key talents (Kaizen, career conversation).
• Training given to service engineers, testing engineers (assembly), technicians (assembly) and Production QA team for software installations, machine settings & testing.

BE Electronics / Mechanical
7-8 yrs

Production process related with specific area of manufacturing/assembly (e.g. mechanical, electronics)

Planning skills with respect to driving optimal resource (machine/manpower/infrastructure) utilization at the shop floor
