The Challenge
- Inspect components as per Inspection sampling plans, QP
- Identify nonconforming components at the incoming stage & inform SQM, logistics & Suppliers for CAPA
- First sample inspection of new development parts
- Acceptance tests / layout inspection of regular parts at defined intervals
- Devise special checking gauges, relation gauges for quick checking of critical parts
- Painting inspection for Aluminum castings
- Layout inspection
- You will adhere to EHS guidelines of the Company
- You will maintain basic 5S at your work area.
- You will maintain optimum resource utilization by having a good co-ordination within team.
We don’t need superheroes, just super minds
- Diploma Mechanical Engineer with 2 -4 years of experience in GIS Incoming quality
- Sound knowledge of Quality Tools
