For our Electrical Maintenance department in Chakan, Pune India, we are looking for Deputy Manager – Electrical Maintenance

 

Your future role

 

  • To analyses Daily breakdown & corrective Action for it, to Support production priorities.
  • Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure machines and equipment are properly running.
  • Coordinates activities of workers fabricating or modifying machines, tools, or equipment to repair or upgrade machinery.
  • Assigns preventative maintenance work orders to personnel based on priority and skill level of associates.
  • Makes recommendations to the Maintenance Manager for improvements to specific preventative

 maintenance instructions and systems.

  • Optimize spare part consumption /Energy consumption /breakdown by Implementing MBF/ Green 

belt project.

  • Update All Machine backup & I/O list for all plant equipment.
  • Prepare CLITA checklist & implement TPM/5S Activity for maintenance equipment.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Tools like Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point is required.

 

 

Your profile

  • B. E./B. Tech (Electrical Engineering)
  • 8-12 yrs. of experience in Electrical Maintenance preferred in Manufacturing industry(Automotive industry experience will be added advantage)
