Strategic Roles & Responsibilities

1) Plan and organize maintenance and repair activities
2) To work closely with Production, Process and Safety team and support them with the necessary tools and equipment
3) Developing and managing an effective Spare parts management
4) Preparation and tracking of Maintenance Budget
5) Preparing Preventive Maintenance and Planned maintenance schedules
6) Development of fixtures and to support assembly processes
7) Support Production and Process for any upgradations and new product development
8) Adherence to Safety, Quality and Cost targets
9) Review and revision of trouble shooting guides

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Essential: Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Desirable: Post-Graduate Degree

Experiences: Should have worked in a large assembly facility independently handling a Maintenance team for at least 10 years.
Should have sound knowledge in maintenance of all types of cranes, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic tools and equipment
