Management Trainee
Job Overview:
- Conduct, gather and analyze resources for the Team.
- Coordinate for communication with different internal teams for Cyberstalks deliverables.
- Research- finding speakers for webinars
- Webinar marketing Via EDM, social media
- Create weekly monthly and quarterly report
- Maintaining the Cyberstalks database
- Organize registration and attendee list and follow up for each webinar.
- Work closely with other marketing organizations to ensure the successful promotion of all webinars.
- Work with speakers and marketing to determine the most important points to market the webinar.
- Organize and schedule the GTW Platform for all the Speaker calls and Webinars.
- Assist in webinar promotions to drive audience registration (banner ads, Google Ad campaigns, social media, co-marketing, etc.).
- Post webinar surveys, Database maintenance.
- Record webinar sessions and oversee edit audio for on-demand webinars.
- Relationship management with webinar attendees
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent English Proficiency (oral and written)
- EXCEL, PPT, WORD Proficiency
- Any graduate
- Excellent communication, organizational and writing skills (basic understandings of accents is a plus).
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and demanding timeframes.
- Knowledge and deep understanding of webinar technology.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products PPT, Excel, Word.
- Proficient with social media tools such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Ability to be a proactive and savvy communicator.
